We may cancel, at any time before delivery and for any reason, an order that we have previously accepted. If this happens, we will refund you using your original payment method.
You may be required to cover additional costs if you fail to comply with certain provisions of these terms, for example, if you do not provide access to the premises for installation as agreed.
If you choose to collect your order, we will hold your products for 30 days. If you fail to collect within this period, we may cancel your order and return the products to our inventory.
Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the relevant products, and we are not liable for consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Introduction
(a) This website (“Site”) is operated by Charge Wise (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions between us and you, the person placing an order for products through the Site.

(a) We will deliver products to the address you provide at checkout. (b) If you fail to collect an order within 30 days, we may cancel your order and refund your payment. (c) Title to products remains with us until full payment is received. (d) Risk in the products transfers to you once they are delivered or collected.

(b) We warrant that our products will be free from defects for the period specified in the warranty documentation provided. (c) If you experience a defect, you must cease using the product and notify us with evidence of the issue. (d) If we determine that a defect is covered under warranty, we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
7. Australian Consumer Law
(a) Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. (b) If you believe a product is defective under Australian Consumer Law, you must return it to us for assessment.
8. Limitation of Liability
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequential losses. (b) Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
9. Intellectual Property
(a) All intellectual property on our Site belongs to us and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without our consent.
10. General Provisions
(a) Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before court proceedings. (b) Notices must be in writing and sent via email or postal mail. (c) We comply with all relevant privacy laws and handle personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. (d) If we are prevented from fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, we are not liable for delays or failure to perform.
