Orders are processed with a maximum handling time of up to 2 business days prior to dispatch.
Deliveries are fulfilled via courier to physical street addresses only (no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers). Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days depending on location.
Hardwired EV chargers must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant products.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Introduction and Business Details

(a) This website (“Site”) is operated by Charge Wise Australia (ABN 69 682 505 719), based in Adelaide, South Australia (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

(b) These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all website use, product sales, and transactions between us and you, the customer.

2. Use of the Site

(a) You accept these Terms by placing an order via the Site.

(b) You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Orders and Product Compatibility

(a) By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price (including GST and shipping fees).

(b) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If we reject an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

(c) Product Compatibility: It is your responsibility to verify that your EV vehicle model, socket type (e.g. Type 2), and home electrical supply (Single Phase vs. Three Phase) are compatible with your selected products prior to ordering.

(d) Installation Requirements: Hardwired EV chargers (including RAEDIAN NEO units) must be installed by a qualified, licensed Australian electrician. Damage resulting from improper or unlicensed installation is not covered under warranty.

4. Prices and Payments

(a) All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

(b) Payment must be made in full at checkout using our accepted payment methods (including WooPayments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal).

5. Dispatch, Delivery, and Courier Terms

(a) Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days from order confirmation.

(b) Delivery Timeframes: Standard courier delivery takes between 2 and 10 business days depending on your destination (regional and remote areas may take longer).

(c) Courier Transit: Once your package is handed to the courier service, exact transit times and third-party delivery delays are outside our direct control.

(d) Physical Address Requirement: Deliveries are made via courier. We require a physical street address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes, GPO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Postal Collect points.

(e) Title to products remains with us until payment in full is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Claims

(a) Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

(b) Change of Mind Returns: We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

(c) Return Authorisation: Before returning any product, you must contact us at enquiries@chargewise.com.au with your order number and details. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

(b) Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property and General Terms

(a) All site content, imagery, and intellectual property belong to Charge Wise Australia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

(b) Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved via good-faith negotiation or mediation.
