Website Analytics and Session Recording
Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, this information is used for site optimisation, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.
Session replay means Clarity records how your visit unfolds, such as the pages you view, where you click or tap, how far you scroll and how you move your mouse, so we can see where our website is confusing or not working. Payment card details are entered into our payment provider’s secure fields, which Clarity does not record.
Clarity sets the first-party cookies _clck and _clsk, and Microsoft may set the third-party cookies CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Microsoft keeps session recordings for 30 days, and heatmap and click data for 9 months. Microsoft acts independently in how it uses this data, including for its own advertising purposes. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand in aggregate how visitors find and use our website, including which pages and products are viewed, what is added to the cart and when purchases are completed. Google may process this data in the United States. See the Google Privacy Policy for details, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to opt out.
You can limit this tracking at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, Clarity does not set its cookies.
